My DIY : Phillip Lim inspired embellished tee

Als ich das erste Mal diese wunderschönen Shirts von Phillip Lim gesehen habe , war mein erster Gedanke, dass ich mir eins selber machen muss , aber irgendwie kam es nie dazu ...
Jedoch bin ich in letzter Zeit immer öfter auf diese tollen Shirts gestoßen und habe ich dazu entschlossen dem Projekt einen neuen Anlauf zu starten.
Das T-shirt habe ich übrigens schon vor längerer Zeit in Texas gekauft, aber es nicht oft angezogen. Ich vermute mal, dass die meisten von euch so ein I <3 ... Shirt haben und ihr seht ihr wie ich meins verschönert habe.

When I first got in touch with the amazing embellished shirt by Phillip Lim my first idea was to create one myself, but somehow I never did it...
Looking through some blogs lately I saw it again and I decided to make it now and after some brainstorming I started my project.
I bought this T-shirt when I was in Texas , but I haven´t worn it a lot. I guess most of you own a I <3 ... shirt. So this is some inspirtation on how you can embellish it and make it your own style :)

What you need :
Was ihr braucht :

of course a T-shirt,                    natürlich ein T-shirt
some black glitter thread ,        schwarzer glitzer Faden
pearls and studs                        Perlen und Nieten
some white transparent fabric, weißer transparenter Stoff,
sequin fabric                             Pailletenstoff

These are just ideas, you can pretty much do whatever you want .
Das hier sind natürlich alles nur Ideen. Ihr könnt im Prinzip machen was ihr wollt .

The first thing I did was stiching some lines on the " collar" / Das erste was ich gemacht habe war den Kragen zu besticken

Next I used my sewing machine and the transparent fabric to add some excitment to the sleeves by adding a stripe of the transparent fabric / Als nächstes habe ich mit meiner Nähmaschine einen Streifen des weißen Stoffes an die Ärmel genäht

Then I cut out some of the sequin fabric in the shape of a T and sew it on to the shirt / Danach habe ich den Pailleten Stoff in Form des Ts ausgeschnitten und draufgenäht.

I did the same with some sequin circles / Das Gleiche habe ich mit ein paar Pailleten Kreisen gemacht

Because I wanted my tee to be a little bit more loose I made a cut in the sides and sew the transparent fabric in the middle / Da ich das T-shirt etwas lockerer haben wollte habe ich die Seiten aufgeschnitten und den transparenten Stoff in die Mitte genäht .
