DIY: Prada Marfa Sign

 Everybody who watches Gossip Girl probably knows this sign . The Prada Marfa sign and I thought it would be a perfect DIY for my room. Here I´m showing you how to save tons of money and decorate your room with an adorable sign.

 What you need:                                Was ihr braucht :
a pair of scissors,                               Schere
paint,                                                  Farbe
a ruler,                                               Lineal
pencil,                                               Bleistift
plate to put the color on,                  einen Teller, worauf ihr die Farbe machen könnt,
a cup of water to clean the brush,      ein Glas Wasser
paint brush,                                       Pinsel
stencil,                                               Schablone
some kind of screen to draw on       Leinwand oder jede Art von anderem Untergrund

You start by tracing the outerline of the stencil on the screen and gluing the stencil on it.
Als erstes malt ihr die Umrisse der Schablone auf den Untergrund bzw klebt die Schablone auf .
 You continue by coloring out the stencil and the drawn lines.
Dann malt ihr die Schablone einfach aus.
 Since not all of the finished lines are really exact I just tidied everything up by cleaning up the edges.
Da nicht alle Umrisse exakt waren, habe  ich diese noch einmal umrandet.
 Then you´re done !
Dann seit ihr fertig !



I guess a lot of you are curious where I got the stencil from and I have to admit it was hard work. I couldn´t find the right size anywhere so I just scaled it up with my printer .

Ich schätze , einige von euch werden sich fragen, wo ich die Schablone her hatte.
Nun ja, das war harte Arbeit, da ich die Schablone mit meinem Drucker vergrößern musste.
