My DIY: Team London Sweater

 Es sind schon ein Paar Monate ( ?) vergangen seit ich euch mein letztes DIY gezeigt habe und somit ist es wieder Zeit für ein neues. Dieses mal zeige ich euch, wie ihr euch diesen coolen " Team London " Sweater selbst machen könnt. Einige von euch kennen vielleicht den " Team Paris " Sweater. Den fand ich schon seit längerem ziemlich cool, bis mir dann die Idee kam einfach selbst einen zu machen. Dabei wurde Paris zu London ( ich liebe die Stadt einfach) und für das gewisse Etwas sorgen ein paar Nieten und Glitzersteine.

It´s been a while since I shared my last DIY with you so it´s time again for a new one. This time, I diyed an embellished " Team London " Sweater. Most of you might now the Team Paris Sweater and I´ve been craving one for some time now until it came to my mind that I can simply make one by myself. Changing Paris into London ( since it´s my favorite city ) makes it even more personal and I added some glitter and studs for an extra effect which I love. 

Ihr braucht hierzu : 

einen Sweater in der Farbe eurer Wahl 

eine Schablone ( habe meine ganz normal mit Microsoft Word gemacht ) 

Big Ben Zeichnung 

Stofffarbe zum Aufpinseln 

Pinsel 

Stift um den Schriftzug auf den Sweater zu übertragen 

Schere

What you need : 

a sweater in the color of your choice 

a template for the Big Ben and the Team London Letters ( I made mine with Microsoft Word ) 

textile color 

a paint brush 

scissors 

a pencil to transfer the letters on to your sweater

Als erstes schneidet ihr eure Schablone aus, legt sie an die Stelle an der sich später der Schriftzug befinden soll und umrandet die Buchstaben mit Bleistift. 

The first thing you need to do is cutting out the template and place it on the sweater. Then you trace the letters with a pencil

 Als nächstes malt ihr einfach die Buchstaben mit Textilfarbe aus

The next thing you do is simply filling out the letters with textile color

Nachdem ich den Big Ben zunächst nur mit Bleistift aufgemalt habe, kommt anschließend noch eine Lage Farbe drüber und wir sind fast fertig ! 

Anschließend könnt ihr euren Sweater noch nach Lust und Laune mit z.B Nieten, Pailetten oder Glitzersteinen verziehren, was immer euch gefällt. Natürlich könnt ihr ihn auch so lassen. 

After drawing Big Ben on my sweater with a pencil I retraced it with some color and we´re almost done ! 

Afterwards you can decorate your sweater with crystals, studs or sequins however you like it the best. Of course you could also leave out the embellishments and just leave it like that. 

Wie gefällt euch das Ergebnis ? Ich finde den Sweater nicht nur für Frühling und Sommer toll , sondern auch im Herbst und Winter wird er sich sicher gut machen, vor allem wenn man an die ganzen Pastelltöne der diesjährigen Winterkollektionen denkt, nicht wahr ? 

Manche kennen von euch kennen ja vielleicht die TV-Sendung Shopping Queen oder ? Es geht darum, ein zu einem Motto passendes  Outfit innerhalb von 3 Stunden für 400€ zu shoppen. Jetzt hat ein Geschäft hier in der Nähe eine ähnliche Aktion ins Leben gerufen und ich habe mich natürlich beworben, denn sollte ich gewinnen geht es für mich und eine Freundin für 2 Tage nach Paris. How do you like the result ? I think it´s super cute and especially in the baby pink color it´s not just gorgeous for spring and summer but also for fall and winter since pastel colors are all over the place right now. 

Now I have another concern I would like to talk to you. Some of you might now the TV serien Shopping Queen. It´s the goal to shop an outfit for a specific topic within 3 hours with a budget of 300 €. In a local shop there is going to be an event called Fashion Queen and it would mean the world to me if you could vote for me here  so I can take part in the competition and maybe win a trip to Paris.
