Outfit: Borrowed

Ich bin seit Freitag Abend wieder zurück aus Amsterdam und bevor ich euch alles über diese wundervolle Stadt berichten werde habe ich noch ein Outfit im petto, welches ,nebenbei erwähnt, perfekt für ein sonntägliches Bummeln in der Stadt ist.

I´m back from Amsterdam since Friday and before I´ll tell you everything about this amazing city and my small trip I´m going to show you an outfit which is great for sunny Sunday strolls through the city.

Eine rote Lederjacke ( vorzugsweise bordeaux rot ) steht schon seit geraumer Zeit auf meiner Wunschliste. Für mich ist sie eine tolle Alternative zu der " normalen " schwarzen Lederjacke und lässt sich super als Farbtupfer in dunkle Outfits einbauen. Wie kommt es dann, dass ich erst vor kurzem diese rote Lederjacke in Mama´s Kleiderschrank entdeckt habe ? Da war sie ja schon länger, bloß irgendwie hat es nie klick gemacht, dass sie sich auch super in meinen Kleiderschrank integrieren lassen würde. Nun ist die rote Lederjacke auf meiner Wunschliste erst einmal etwas weiter runter gerutscht und ich kann vorlieb mit Mama´s Lederjacke nehmen. 

Kennt ihr so etwas auch ? 

A red leatherjacket ( preferably in burgundy ) has been on my wishlist for the longest time. For me, it´s just a perfect alternative for the classic black leather jacket and it works great as a pop of color in rather dark outfits. How come I never realised my mom had one of these treasures in her closet ?! I mean it´s been there for a while, but somehow it never came to me, that the jacket would work perfectly in my closet as well. For now, my wish of a red leatherjacket is not on top of my wishlist anymore since I can borrow my mom´s. 

Does this happen to you from time to time as well ?
