We cannot deny it: autumn is slowly on its way. The days become shorter and also colder, after a few hot pre-autumn weeks, and with that being said, seasonal products such as figs can be found in stores. I have a huge love for goat cheese all year around. For summer, I loved the combination of goat cheese, peach and honey on a tarte flambée, but for autumn, I am changing things up and making my beloved tarte flambée a little bit more autumnal by adding some figs and some red onion to the goat cheese. It tastes absolutely delicious and is very easy to make plus I haven´t shared a recipe with you in some time, so here we go!
Zutaten:
für den Grundteig (ca. 1 Blech):
- 250 gr Mehl
- 2 EL Öl
- 1 Prise Salz
- 125 ml Wasser
- 3 Feigen
- ca. eine halbe Rolle Ziegenkäse
- eine halbe rote Zwiebel
- Schmand
Ingredients:
For the batter (for one baking tray):
- 250gr flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- a pinch of salt
